"Cochin Plastics are widely contributing to the growth of the plastic industry in India by distributing acrylic sheets, multi wood, ACP sheet, flex, etc. Our highlight is to provide quality materials, prompt service, and at affordable prices."
Detailed Description   :

The first man-made plastic was exhibited by Alexander Parks on display to the public at the Great International Exhibition in London in 1862. The material, called porcelain, was an organic material extracted from cellulose that, once heated, could be transformed and retained its shape when cooled. Celluloid is produced from cellulose and alcohol horn. In 1868, John Wesley invented cotton cultivation to replace ivory with a Hyatt billiard ball. Up to derivative camphor of the label tree. The new celluloid will now attach to heat and pressure in an elegant form. In addition to billiard balls, celluloid became the first photographic image to be used for photography and motion pictures. Hyatt created celluloid in a strip format for movies. By the 1900s, the film was a burgeoning market for celluloid.

Formaldehyde is the next product to advance plastic technology after cellulose nitrate. In 1897, attempts to make white chalkboards were made with casein plastic (milk mixed with formaldehyde). In 1899, Arthur Smith received a British patent for 16,275, the first patent to process a formaldehyde resin for "phenol-formaldehyde resins for use as an acrylic sheet substitute in electronic insulation". In 1907, Leo Hendrik Beckland developed phenol-formaldehyde recreation techniques and invented the first fully synthetic resin to become commercially successful in the bakelite trade. Innovative polymers and rubbers have wide and proven applications in the aircraft, aerospace, and sporting goods industries. More specifically, APMs are very attractive to aircraft and aerospace structural components. APMs were evolving due to NASA's innovative space transport program. In addition, innovative polymer materials have decades of history in the military and government aerospace industries. However, as innovative plastic manufacturing technology is constantly evolving, most of the technology is being developed for the secondary or commercial markets.
